Ops Mgr David Wells and his team of Katie & Canon at the front desk are total “customer service rock stars!” All 3 of them went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Waco was perfect. Rooms and lobby are fully remodeled and new. Thanks David!! You guys are some of the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered… and I travel all over the US!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is the bomb. This hotel is only 2 mins away from where I work when I come to Waco!! The kitchen staff is very sweet and they keep the dining room and food areas very clean! And the coffee is always fresh and never ending in the mornings. This is the best part of waking up knowing the breakfast and coffee is fresh warm and delicious!!

From the front desk Staff and the kitchen/cleaning staff were wonderful.. Kudos to a amazing crew all around.. Clean and friendly atmosphere.. Pool was nice and clean.. Rooms were comfortable and had what was needed for our stay.. Thanks!

I thought the hotel was very nice, room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only downside was the room smelled a little musty. The breakfast was not bad, but I could’ve used a few more choices.

Comforter Suites good choice. Enjoyed my stay. The breakfast could be better. Overall we enjoyed the weekend stay. The staff extremely nice and helpful. I would truly recommend this hotel, because it closer to a lot stores and eating places in Waco,Texas.

Checked into this Choice Hotel in Waco, Tx near university and my family and I couldn’t be happier. Reese working the hotel was extremely helpful and got us checked in very quickly. My boys had issues figuring out the Wi-Fi on their Xbox and after calling downstairs Reese came up to the room and provided the lagniappe service. He has gone above and beyond excellent customer service and my wife and I wanted to give him a shoutout. The room was spotless and everything has been perfect here at this hotel.
